Golden Sun Electromechanical Contracting LLC (GSEM) is part of the Triangle Est. Group of Companies. Triangle Est. was established in the year 1987 as a specialized Electrical Contracting organization mainly providing services to companies operating in newly established Jebel Ali Free Zone. Over the years due to growth in terms of capabilities, employees and turnover, in the year 1999 Golden Sun Electromechanical Contracting L.L.C in Dubai was acquired to cater to expanding market. Since then all MEP contracting operations are carried out under GSEM banner.
Our core competence extends across all MEP services for Industrial, Commercial, Residential and Public sectors. Presently we have more than 80 highly motivated and experienced people as members of our working family.
GSEM specializes in execution of Electro-Mechanical (MEP) works by offering our in house design capability backed by execution teams with in-depth knowledge of particular discipline and our experience in the field. Thus working with Architects/ Consulting Engineer/Clients from the initial stages we add our experience with systems, equipment, cost and construction techniques to the total knowledge pool of the design team. By taking advantage of this team approach the owners/clients have much greater assurance of obtaining a building that fits their requirements at a reasonable cost. We take special pride in our capabilities to execute Fast Track refurbishment and fit-out projects without compromising on quality or completion deadlines.
